At Bravo Ship, we recently undertook a comprehensive grab renewal project for a client’s vessel, demonstrating our expertise and commitment to operational excellence. The project commenced with a free inspection to ascertain the exact condition and operational requirements of the grabs. This initial step is crucial as it allows us to provide precise and cost-effective solutions tailored to the specific needs of each vessel.
Following the inspection, we took charge of the complete renewal process, which involved detailed coordination from securing permissions for customs procedures to managing the heavy transportation of the grabs to our workshop in Istanbul. Our approach emphasizes minimal disruption to the vessel’s schedule, ensuring that operations can continue with little to no downtime.
The renewal work was completed in an impressively short span of four days. Each grab, integral to the vessel’s operations for handling bulk materials, was refurbished with the utmost attention to quality and detail. Once the grabs were restored to their full functionality, they were transported back to the vessel, which was anchored in Istanbul, and reinstalled without any complications.
