Ship Repair in Istanbul

Bravo Ship recently undertook a formidable task of pipe and bracket replacement during a voyage repair operation, showcasing our ability to navigate challenges with precision and expertise. The project involved replacing 24m sounding pipes in four cargo holds and 24m suction pipes in three cargo holds, alongside meticulous rewelding of all beams under the main deck and renewing the sheet plate on the main deck.

Despite the complexity of the operation, our experienced technical team rose to the occasion, overcoming unexpected hurdles posed by the age of the vessel. With agility and adaptability, we devised tailored solutions to address each challenge effectively, ensuring that the project stayed on track and was completed to the highest standards.

Our unwavering commitment to quality and adherence to class-approved standards were evident throughout the operation. Comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) processes were conducted for all treated areas, guaranteeing the integrity and safety of the vessel.

True to our promise of excellence, the entire project was seamlessly delivered within the span of a 72-hour timeframe. This achievement is a testament to the dedication and proficiency of the Bravo Ship team.
